Born Barbara Klein on January 28, 1950, in Sacremento California, the beautiful 5'3" brunette began her career as a Playboy Centerfold. Well known for her intimate relationship with Playboy mogul, Hugh Hefner, Barbi lived with Hef from 1969 to 1976 and did several photo layouts in Playboy Magazine.

Her most successful movie role was that of Codille in the 1983 film, "Deathstalker". With a string of appearances on television shows like "The Love Boat", "Fantasy Island", and "Hee Haw", Barbi's acting career ended in 1986 when she chose marriage and more sedate lifestyle.
