Amber has been a spokesperson for Anheuser-Busch and was the focus of a special beer called "Michelob Lite Ultra Amber" lite beer. In 2006 Amber did the "Meet Amber" national tour for Anheuser-Busch.

Amber has done small parts in movies like "Tomcats", "American Beauty", and many others. Her television roles include guest spots on "Friends", "V.I.P.", "Silk Stalkings", "Sin City Diaries", and others.
